Price bracket 1.

If you are on email then you can be sent a wills questionnaire and some information on inheritance tax, if you are not on email this can all be sent to you in the post. If you need help filling in the form this can be done over the telephone by this method the Will can be drafted and sent to you for your approval and then engrossed in readiness for your signature. This way only one visit is needed, the cost for this service for a simple will which does not contain a trust is £100. If the will contains a small uncomplicated trust, charity or guardian clause the cost is £250.00

Price bracket 2.

If you want to attend the office to provide instructions and then be sent a draft will for your approval which will then be engrossed in readiness for your signature this can be done but it would require two visits. The cost for this service for a simple will which does not contain a trust is £200. If the will contains a small uncomplicated trust, charity or guardian clause the cost is £350.00

Price bracket 3.

The cost of a will which incorporates a more complicated trust is based on an hourly rate and generally costs between £400 - £650.

Home or hospital visits can in some cases be arranged.
